Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, we collect the information needed to understand and respond to it.
- Name, company, email address, country and message
- Optional phone number and estimated quantity
- Product reference when the form is opened from a product page
Technical and usage data
The enquiry record also includes its language, source page, submission time, reference number and the consent notice version. Cloudflare Turnstile processes verification data to prevent automated abuse. The raw IP address is not stored in the enquiry record; the server uses it to create a salted, time-limited hash for rate limiting.
How we use the information
We use enquiry information to respond, assess vehicle and product requirements, prepare follow-up communication, prevent abuse and maintain the reliability of the enquiry service.

Service providers and recipients
Cloudflare provides website delivery, D1 storage and Turnstile verification. Configured notification providers may deliver the enquiry to authorized sales recipients. The current group-bot summary masks the email address and does not include the phone number or full message; an email notification provider may receive the full enquiry if that channel is enabled later.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only for as long as needed to respond, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. Test submissions on this staging site may be removed during quality assurance. A specific production retention schedule will be approved and published before the public site launches.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about the information associated with your enquiry, request a correction, export or deletion, or withdraw consent for future handling, subject to any applicable record-keeping obligations. Email sales@enruige.cn with the subject “Privacy Request” and include the enquiry reference when available.
Security and international processing
The site uses HTTPS and access controls, and enquiry notifications are limited to configured recipients. Cloud and notification providers may process information in more than one country. Do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information in the message field.
Updates and contact
We may update this notice when the enquiry workflow, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Questions about this notice can be sent to sales@enruige.cn.
